Before using SCOM, customer use command to collect RUNQ (running job number) and number of user session I didnt see SCOM collect these 2 items as default monitoring item after import AIX mp. Is there any way to configure SCOM so that it could collect RUNQ and user session?

With System Center 2012 OpsMgr, it's super easy to do what your customer wants. In the "Authoring" section of the OpsMgr console, it's easy to create monitors and rules based on shell command lines. So you could have a shell command line that invokes the RUNQ command, perhaps filters the output, and records the result as a performance value.
