I've just removed an evaluation copy of SAVISION Live Maps v5 from my SCOM 2007 R2 Root Mgmt Server (RMS). The uninstall was sucessful however, the scom console no longer works on my RMS. I am prompted with the error: "System Centre Operations Manager 2007 R2 has stopped working" I would like to note that the console still works when launched from any of my other mgmt servers or clients, it just appears to have broke on the RMS. No big loss, right? Shouldn't run the console on the RMS anyway. :) Sorry no solution...just wise cracks. Can you try reinstalling the console?HTH, Jonathan Almquist - MSFT

Hi, Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following: 1. Since this issue occurs after removing software, please try installing this software back and see if it works. 2. Please try running the following command on the server to start the console: %Program files%\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Microsoft.mom.ui.console.exe /ClearCache 3. Please ensure the SDK Service is running; restart the service and check how it works then. If the issue persists, I think you need to repair the console as Jonathan suggested. Dear ogled not tension its not a big issue.u must restart the rms mechine. and login as administrator .and then run the console.u should reinstall operation console run setup with administrator.
