SCE console crash
Hi,
I have a SCE 2007 sp1 installed and whenever i go to agent managed the SCE console crash. I can go to all windows but this one. I need to add/delete computers but i cant because the console is crashing.
I recieve the following error in event log.
EventType clr20r3, P1 b0jhpzqr1b3ggbemyeifskrwrqlfywdd, P2 6.0.1885.0, P3 47be30a3, P4 microsoft.enterprisemanagement.operationsmanager, P5 6.0.4900.0, P6 47b70ff1, P7 1d49, P8 7a, P9 system.invalidcastexception, P10 NIL.
I went through WSUS and its 3.0 as well as GPO and nothing there were reporting wrong. I repair .net farmework 2.0 and its not working as well.
I tried to uninstall 2.0 but its telling me that its used by another program and it cannot be uninstall.
Any suggestions?

Hi Nicholas,
Thanks for your replay.
I checked this blog previously. There were no computer reporting minus value in the hardware inventory. So this does not apply to my situation.
I already have WSUS 3.0 SP2 so a question. Is there anyway to remove it and then reinstall it just in case that there is something corrupted in the database?
I applied the hotfix but didnt solve the problem.
Any further suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Thank you for your response.
On the management server, please try the following:
1.
Clear the console cache by running console from the command line with the option: “/clearcache”.
Example:
"C:\Program Files\System Center Essentials\Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.SCE.UI.Console.exe" /clearcache
2.
Clear the HealthService queue:
1)
Stop System Center Management service.
2)
Go to C:\Program Files\System Center Essentials\, and rename the “Health Service State” folder.
3)
Restart System Center Management service.
3.
Check if you can find the error with the following method:
How to use diagnostic tracing in System Center Operations Manager 2007 and in System Center Essentials

If the issue persists, please also check Event Log and see if there are any related errors.
Thanks for your time and efforts.

As it seems that this issue cannot be solved.
What i need to do is that to delete computers from agent managed and whenever i go their it still crash.
I deleted the computers accounts from AD and they are still there. Is there any other way to remove a computer from the agent managed? or maybe a powershell command to remove an agent?
