The SCE SP1 + post SP1 hotfix Console lists a Windows Update as Unapproved status. However, the Update Deployment Report lists the identical Windows Update as having failed installation on 3 machines. At one point the update had been approved, but when Microsoft admitted a problem with the update was causing it to fail, I pulled the approvals in SCE. Now, how can I get the three failed installations that occurred before I set it back to Unapproved status off Update Deployment Report...this was 9 months ago and it keeps reporting it as if its a new failure, confusing my HelpDesk staff weekly.Please, just tell me the tables and columns where this is held and I'll clean it up in the database myself.Thank you, J McNemar

Hello J McNemar, I would suggest that you can decline the problematic update from the SCE console -> Updates space. So that any events reported by computers for this update will be deleted from the database. It is safer than operating the database directly. Thanks,Yog Li - MSFT
