SCE Console/program Hanging
I have SCE running on a single server: 2.8Ghz/2Gb/160Gb machine. Ever since I added 30 or 40 agents one Friday I've been having application problems.First I thought it was the database bogging down with all the new additions, which it wasn't. Then, I was getting memory errors and now that has been streamlined to about 2.1 Gb Page File of 3.5 total. It had been running at about 2.9 until some un-needed things were removed. It's running a total of 157 clients at the moment and basically anything I try to do including just opening the console has been hanging. Any advise?

Hi,You can try to clear the cache by running the SCE console from the command line with the option: /clearcacheExample:C:\Program files\System Center Essentials 2007\Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.SCE.UI.Console.exe /clearche

Hi,As the new report issue(software package cannot be deleted)you mentioned is different from the one discussed in this current thread, we'd recommend that you start up a new thread for it. This seems to be needed anytime I need to do anything of any substance such as adding agents etc. Is clearing the cache another bug that will be fixed?
