SCE 2007 installation failed

Due to problems with the sce2007 sp1 version i removed the 2007 installation and try to install a new installation of sce2007. Tried several times but the installation failed. Searched the internet and it could be a WSUS problem. Downloaded WSUS SP2 and renamed the file WSUS and put it in the installation folder for sce2007. Now the installation could proceed but at the end failed again. Then searched in the log file for errors, a error that comes back several times was: failed to get feature sate error 0x80070646
So i looked on the Internet and followed this forum to download the newer version with sp1 trial version and deleted some registry keys with Operation Manager in it.

Started the downloaded setup and it looked that is was goiing well, at the end sce did not said it was ready but was rebooting the server. After logging in again i was looking for a executable to start sce2007 sp1 but could not find the executable. In the program files there is a system centre essentials folder but no exe in it.
There are a few mom logs but nothing special in it.

The downloaded version was a trial version but that has nothing to do with it i believe?

I have downloaded a version from the internet: SP1 RTM. Tried that and after i put the wsus sp2 in the installation folder the installation goes on and succeeds!, now after starting SCE 2007 he waits a few minutes and says then: could not start SDK..

This has something to do with rights but how to solve it? When i search the internet there are some difficult solutions but how can this start?

Regarding the SDK service issue, please refer to the following KB article to check it:
