SCE 2007 SP1 installation fails on Windows Server 2008
Hi,I have problems with failed installation of SCE 2007 SP1 onto Windows Server 2008 Standard x86 SP2. Database used is SQL Server 2005 Express with AS SP3. Reporting Services were installed using the KB 938245.Installation fails with error "Error 26203.Failed to connect to SQL database. (-2147467259 OperationsManagerDW )".I've chosen to install SCE files to E:\Program Files\System Center Essentials 2007\ and to store database files to E:\SCE\Database\. Both paths were selected using the setup GUI. In fact, the setup will create .mdf file for DW on the wrong path: E:\SCE\DatabaseOperationsManagerDW.mdf. But it is able to connect to the database and suddenly it is not.MSI (s) (EC:64) [15:23:40:123]: Invoking remote custom action.
