We're currently testing Intune's Mobilde Device Management and checking the enrollment of certificates, since we're using an third party CA there have been some issues, the third party CA supports the SCEP protocoll. But for enabling the function within the Intune the NDES Connector to Intune needs to be installed on a server with NDES, secondly for the connector to work the NDES services need to be installed and configured correctly which is not possible when ADCS is not in the AD.

Are there other options to use another certificate service with Intune? We have looked at other vendors for mobile device management and they support other CA's using different protocol. It's an long short, but have someone else stumble upon this problem and solved it?
