Whether SCEP has the nature of scanning the removable drive immediately at the time when they are inserted???

We are dealing with an issue that SCEP did not scan the removable drive when it was inserted.

As far as I know, there is only an option "Scan removable drive" which occur during full scan.

Yes, the SCEP should scan the removable drives when they are plugged in. In your anti-malware policy, check if you have set scan removable storage devices such as USB drives to True ?.
