Is it possible to make or get a report which says about Current definition a SCEP client has and the definition available on Microsoft.

I was looking at 

TimeLastUpdated and SignatureUpTo1DayOld
V_EndPointProtection table

 but how to check whats latest from Microsoft? I wanted to make a report which shows clients def and defs from MS. Thanks in Advance.

You can't query what's the most up-to-date version from Microsoft, but the lastest version that was sync'ed to your WSUS/SUP. I don't have access to my lab right now, but it shouldn't be too hard to find it in whatever updates related view.
