SCEP / ICAP
I'm having trouble finding in documentation if SCEP supports the ICAP protocol. We're looking at some network-attached storage that supports this protocol for scanning, and need to verify whether or not SCEP supports it.

SCEP is a host-based AV tool only and not designed for or meant for network storage or device scanning. If a drive/volume is attached to a host, SCEP will scan it but otherwise, you need to explore a solution for another vendor.
