SCEP & SCCM 2012 Deployment Question

I need to manually install SCEP on a few servers.  I extracted my server policy from SCCM -> Assets and Compliance -> Antimalware policies -> Server Policy (right click and export)

For the install I am running .\SCEPInstall.exe /s /q /policy \\fileserver\scep\default_server.xml on servers that have an active SCCM agent running.

The installation is completing successfully and if I go into the client and goto the Settings tab I have the message "For your protection, some settings are managed by your security administrator."  However, they are still unmanageable within System Center.  (Monitoring -> Endpoint Protection Status -> System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection Status -> Collection)  They are listed as "Endpoint protection agent not installed yet.

I did this on 3 boxes a few hours ago.  Is there a check-in time, or should they appear instantaneously?
