SCE2010: Cannot see 'Health Service Heartbeat Failure' monitor, nor 'Health Service Watcher (Agent)'

I have SCE 2010. I recieve alert emails for when a server goes offline, and the Heartbeat Failure, and Failed to Connect alerts both come through to my email.

I want to enable this for the client machines as well, however, I cannot find either of these monitors at all.

How are these alerts configured/working if I cannot see any trace of them in the configuration?

Found it. I had to click 'Change Scope...' and select all of them.
