Do you currently have a ConfigMgr installation? If so, there is usually a "classic" reporting web site. Depending upon how it was configured, quite often that web site is http://NameOfTheServer/smsreporting_3digitsitecode. For example, if your site code is AB1, then it would be smsreporting_ab1.
