SCCM updates not deploying to member clients connected to the distribution server

Hi Support

Please if somebody can help me with the current issue iam having interms of SCCM definition updates from distribution server not being deployed to all devices(machines)that are connected to that distribution server. As a result of this all machines are now out of date.

It was working perfectly all through this time until last month, i noticed that most of the machines were not recieving their daily definition updates which would show on the machine side under the Software center console. By seeing this i had to troubleshoot from the machine side as well as the server side to locatet the issue but my attempts were not successful the issue.

However, after going through the event logs i noticed the below status of WSUS had errors so thought might be one of the factors affecting the distribution point(server) to all the 200 plus machines which are connected via the site code(002) of the distribution server. Please confirm on this.

Please i really need your technical assistance so i can reslove the issue from my end.

Should you need more information, please let me know.

Thanks

Hello. When you manually try to sync WSUS from SCCM console do you get errors to the logs? Check all the logs from the console and see if there are any errors. Also plese check that the IIS is still running on the background and the ports are same as the ones you have configured on the update point. What happens on the client side when you activate microsoft update? Does it give error or does it say that the client is upto date? If there are no errors to be found and all is ok. Please make sure that the update package you have done last month is assigned to right group of computers AND that the affected computers are part of that group.

can you provide the scanagent.log and WUAHandler.log on the client machines as well as wsyncmgr.log on the SCCM site server?
