It seems that either the package with ID BMS0001F has not successfully been distributed to BAP_S_PXE.Bapetco.com DP or that DP itself is not reachable. Enable command support in boot image to troubleshoot connectivity in Windows PE. If server is reachable then check if the package is available in that path. You may also want to try updating the package on distribution points.

Can you check the DataTransferService.log and the ContentTransferManager log files on the client side and search for that packageID BMS0001F and see if there are any errors logged in that log file? There could be a variety of reasons why the client is not downloading content: 1) The client is not located in any boundary defined on the site server in which case the client may not be receiving any DP locations 2) The client could be downloading content but the download may be getting stalled on some file/directory which could be an IIS configuration issue.
