I have to install SCCM client on DOmain COntroller. WHat all permissions are required to do so. TO install SCCM client , we need to have local admin permissions. Does client installation on DC require domainb admin permissions?

If you use push agent method to install SCCM client, the install account should has a local admin permission on DC. Not require domain\admin.HTH.Jie-Feng Ren - MSFT

All install method require admin rights on the client. So it depends on how you want to install as to who needs those admin rights. However, no, we do not require domain admin rights, only local admin rights.Wally Mead
