SCCM client installation
Hi, I have installed SCCM client in Windows Server 2008, seems like it created entries and started service(SMS Agent) and running a process CCMEXEC in task manager. But if I check the entries in control panel, entries of SCCM agents are missing. Please help.vanitha

What entries are missing? If you look at the Actions tab do you see all actions or just two actions? Policies and agent settings are first applied when the client becomes assigned to a site.Kent Agerlund | My blogs: http://blog.coretech.dk/author/kea/ and http://scug.dk/ | Twitter @Agerlund | Linkedin: /kentagerlund

If this is a 64bit server, remember that ConfigMgr is a 32bit app and will sit in the 32bit control panel. http://www.enhansoft.com/

Look for the 32-bit Control Panel entry/applet in your "normal" control panel and open it. The 32-bit control panel apps like ConfigMgr will now be shown.Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/jsandys/default.aspx | Twitter @JasonSandys
