Hey Saranya, Thank you for the post. From the discussion it looks like you are having a problem with SCCM Client center. This is a 3rd party tool and is not a release from Microsoft. Unfortunately, this forum is for posts regarding the SCCM product. I would suggest contacting the support for SCCM Client Center to resolve the matter. Regards, Moiz Rassiwala [MSFT]

Here's what I suggest: Uninstall it from add/remove programs (if it is there) and reinstall it. By default, an icon will appear on your desktop if it is successfully installed. Launch it from your desktop. All I can think of is that it is not successfully installed.Standardize. Simplify. Automate.

From Microsoft, ConfigMgr 2007 does have an official toolkit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=9257 There are some client-side tools within that toolkit. PolicySpy, SendSched, and clientSpy are all Microsoft-specific tools, which use the same remote SDK type interfaces that SCCM Client Center uses. It's just Client Center is prettier; and has been updated over the years.Standardize. Simplify. Automate.
