Collections ---> all systems ---> properties ---> Membership rules tab ---> custom schedule ---> is set to 1 day

The polling interval is the intervall which the client polls for new policies. For the disitribution to take place the computer must be in a collection with an advertisement. To which collection have you advertised Sophos and what is the Collection Update intervall for that colleciton? Regards, Jörgen -- visit my System center blog at http://ccmexec.com --

Hello - Are you using SCCM R3?Anoop C Nair

It depends on many factors, hardware, number of clients, number of collections e.t.c You could start with 1 hour instead to start with. regards, Jörgen -- visit my System center blog at http://ccmexec.com --

Without nowing more about your environment I would set it to 20 minutes, you can always increase it later on. Regards, Jörgen -- visit my System center blog at http://ccmexec.com --

Hello - There is very little information. There are lot of factors we need to check. Bandwidth between SCCM server and Client, The package is getting installed directly from DP, or download and run the program is enable, server utilization, BITS throttling..etc.... Have you tried to validate CAS.log and other logs Anoop C Nair
