Assume I have reference image and added administrator account with password via WSIM (via unattended file) and deployed via SCCM so administrator account password will be over- righted (modified) again assume I have GPO to local built administrator account so it will disable local administrator account scenario machine went out of domain or trust relationship broken or need local administrator access so we need to SCCM administrator password? Or added built in administrator account with password via WSIM that password needs to use?
SCCM administrator password or WISM administrator password

It should be the administrator password specified in ConfigMgr.

Thanks scenario is reference image captured (along local built in administrator and password) and deployed via SCCM so administrator account password will be over- righted (modified) again assume I have GPO to local built administrator account so it will disable local administrator account scenario machine went out of domain or trust relationship broken or need local administrator access so we need to SCCM administrator password? or built in administrator account with password (created during image capturing MDT syssprep and capture or SCCM capture media method)

As long as you didn't specify a password in the GPO, it should be the administrator password specified in ConfigMgr (=SCCM).
