With no reason the software update point in SCCM 2012 CU3 fails to synchronize update from the local installed WSUS service. I have checked the WSUS Sync manager log and what I have got is in the image below. I have tried to uninstall and the WSUS service and reinstalled it but no success. I have also used the clean up option from the WSUS console and no success yet. 

From the log below I am quite sure that if I can force the removal or clean up those updates that are failing to get saved the SCCM Update point synchronization might be able to fully synchronize. I hope someone can help me out. Thanks in advance.

In the skydrive you will find two images where one is for WCM.log and the other is for Wsyncmgr.log

I have also denied some of the updates presented in the previous image of Wsyncmgr.log by getting the names of the update and denying them directly on the WSUS server which is the same server for Configuration Manager but another bunch of updates appears again and thus the Configuriont manager stops synchronizing the update from WSUS to its database.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with CSS as they can work with you to solve this problem.
