hi guys if some one can help for this, that's great. i have 2 AD Sites( Main Site and Branch ) and subnets for Main site and branch have been configured from Active Directory site and services. main site we have SCCM 2007 R2 RMS Server and branch Server has Secondary SCCM Server. all Site boundaries are defined from Acvite directory site only. when client machines discover SCCM Computer collection(All System), it's identifiy correct Site code( e.g . Main Site Client machines are in main Site and Secondary Site machines in secondary Site - it's before install SCCM Client only) but when we push SCCM Clinet on branch Client machnies, the site code will be changed to Main Site and Branch Site Client machines are not connected to Second SCCM Server and connected to main site SCCM Server. We enabled protected Site as the Branch Site from SCCM Console in order to Assign Branch Site client Machines to SCCM Secondary Server. It’s Seems, after Push SCCM Clinet, all Client machines are assigned to main site only. please anyone can guide me the correct way to resolve this . Thank you indunil

That's by design, clients can never be assigned to a secondary site only to primary sites.
