SCCM SQL database file - modified date does not change
Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this post, but I will give it a shot anyway. We have a SCCM 2007 R2 SP2 primary that has its database on a remote SQL 2008 SP1 cluster (all servers are Windows 2008 R2). On this cluster the database file has not changed its modified date since the 14th of march, 2010. However the WSUS database that the SUP role uses is located on the same SQL cluster (the same instance) and this updates its modified date. SCCM is running in Native mode and all status messages are OK. All component status's are updating and have correct dates based on when e.g. the last backup ran (that is at 10 pm every night). To make a long story short, everything works as it should. Advertisements arrive, collections get updated, status messages and so on gets passed on to the CPS from the PS server, but the database on this exact PS does not modify its date. SCCM backup of this PS server is running and the database file in that backup also contains the same modified date. Any ideas on how/why this happens?/Tom Erik
