Hello! I have a simple (and probably stupid) question, but I can't seem to figure out whether R2 or SP2 is newer? My servers are at 4.00.6221.1000 with R2 installed indicating 'Yes,' but I get the impression SP2 is newer than R2. Thanks for the help!

SCCM SP2 is newer but also not the same thing as R2. R2 gives more features to SCCM: Support for App-V, unknow computer, etc SP2 support Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. Mathieu

SCCM R2 is not a full product version and it requires that SCCM SP1 or SP2 already be installed on your site server.
