can anyone provide SQL query to pull startup programs of all the machines.

You need to have them enabled in AI. I think there's a built-in report for it once you enable that class. Just be aware that's going to be a big report and a lot of data coming to your database.

Do you mean to obtain the report of all software that starts with Windows? If so, you may use the
Software 04A - Auto-Start Software.
