every weekend, our SCCM replication between CAS and Primary is going down, we are unable to find any issue since 1 month.

from the logs I can only find the below.

Hi,

Can you check the following log replmgr.log and rcmctrl.log.

If you cannot find out anything then run script spDiagDRS: it will output useful information about the DRS General Status, Current replication link status, etc.

An unhandled exception has occurred - System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
   at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection)
  .

Refer to rcmctrl.log for further details.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.

H Jones,

yes this issue is not resolved, very now and then our SCCM replication link is getting failed between sites.

we investigated and found whenever a big query, task runs CAS we are getting SQL timeout.

due to which link is getting break, we are collecting all our findings once done will raise a case with MS.

thank you.
