The settings of remote control client on the windows 7 machines are disabled. How do I change those settings? When I click on edit and enter my admin credential those options are greyed out. What I want is to modify some of its settings so that based on different collection I want Full/View only and Ask for permission.do not ask for permission. thanks

Hi, Settings for each agent is configured pr. site. You will need to enable the remote tool agent on a site level.
