SCCM Primary site not generating the .CT5 key for the child
if i run the preinst.exe /keyforchild on a primary , it is giving me the below error. Failed to create the CT5 file H:\P02.CT5 can anyone shed some light on this issue.

i have logged in as an admin to the box and performing this action gives me the error. let me know if you need any logs for more information

Logging in as an admin does not automatically mean that you started the cmd as an administrator when running server 2008 with UAC enabled. So Kent's question is still unanswered.
