Our plan is to introduce Windows 2008 R2 (SCCM 2007 R3) as a member server in our Exisiting Domain (Windows 2003). Do we need Windows 2008 DC for NAP feature?

Hi Siva, The answer is No. NAP requires that you have Windows 2008, and that the NAP service in Windows 2008 is configured correcty before you start using the ConfigMgr.
