SCCM Design
Experts,
Planning to setup the SCCM globally and 8000 clients. AP region (5000), NAM region (2000), UK region (1000).
In what basis we need decide the Primary Site Server in each location? what is recommendation.

Hello - There are lot of factors involved in the design.
1. Connectivity
2. SCCM Components and Features
3. Number of Clients
If I was in your position, I should create Tiered Hierarchy.
Central Primary server, 3 Child primary servers (in each region) and Secondary servers as per the requirement.

Most importantly is where will the sites be managed from. If there's no management to be done at any of the child locations there's no reason for a child primary site at all.
