SCCM Client version 0.0.0.0 after repository reset
For some odd reason i have the client version saying its 0.0.0.0 after a repository reset in WMI. Any idea how to rediscover this setting locally on the client itself and thus correcting/replicating the client_version0 field in the database aswell ? ty in advance - Stress is the confusion created in one's mind, to override the basic desire to choke the living ____ out of someone, who deserves it the most.

Could try to again, but the reset of the repository would have initiated a repair of the SMS client at first anyway, but could try again.- Stress is the confusion created in one's mind, to override the basic desire to choke the living ____ out of someone, who deserves it the most.

Hej Henrik :-) Recreating ther repository is not always the best solution even though it works. Check to see if the client is actually working, if not reinstall it.Kent Agerlund | My blogs: http://blog.coretech.dk/author/kea/ and http://scug.dk/ | Twitter @Agerlund | Linkedin: /kentagerlund

Hej Kent, I know that resetting WMI is a "bad" way of fixing such an issue, was a last resort to reinstalling the client though. The second repair did however write the correct version as suggested previously. And with all mof and mfl files compiled successfully at the sametime i think the client will be alright taking the repository reset in consideration. ty :-)- Stress is the confusion created in one's mind, to override the basic desire to choke the living ____ out of someone, who deserves it the most.
