SCCM Client install ASAP
Hi, We are migrating from an existing domain to a new domain. We have SCCM currently installed with clients on all of our PCs. It was an configuration that was constructed before I currently managed, with NO documentation on passwords, config or anything. It wasn't even doing hardware inventory when I started. We have an opportunity in moving to our new domain to spin up ALL NEW everything. How do I best redirect my existing clients to report to my new SCCM environment OR do I reinstall the client?? Do this best through GPO? Heartbeat? Looking for some guidance and very fast... mgmt wants this done quicker than I would. Thanks in advance....

You can actually change the site code from one site to another site via software distribution however in the past when I wanted to just start fresh I have always advertised ccmclean to the clients to remove the client from them then reinstalled them clean. It's overkill (and unsupported using ccmclean) but it's how I do it. But I do that because I worry about the root key as Jason said.
