SCCM Client Centre WMI problem
Hi, I'm trying to connect to a remote workstation with the SCCM Client Centre. Everytime I try and connect a blue box in the corner pops up saying "Access Denied". I have been able to connect to other machines in the same method without a problem. Could this mean that WMI is corrupt on thsi machine? If so is there a way to remotely repair WMI? I know that this is a thrid party tool but I can't find any help for it anywhere on the web. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Then, It seems access to WMI denied (maybe a WMIrepair will fix this behavior if the DCOM permissions are wrong). Thx.

Yes, Access Denied usually means the account you are using doesn't have rights to connect to WMI on the target computer. You could check outside of Client Center by just seeing if you can get to \\thatcomputer\c$ , and see if that also shows an access denied as a message. Standardize. Simplify. Automate.
