As far as I know the 12007 error means that the server name or address could not be resolved.
On the client machine, from IE can you try to connect to
http://<sccm-server-FQDNname/CCM_ClientBechir Gharbi. MCSA, MCSE M+S, MCITP Server/Enterprise Administrator, MCT, MCTS Configuration Manager/Forefront (Time Zone : GMT+1)

I suggest you download the new ConfigMgr toolkit V2 and run the MP troubleshooter, It might be able to tell you what's wrong and how to fix the error. The toolkit can be downloaded from -

Hi,
To sort this issue
Follow the steps in this article
http://blogs.technet.com/smsandmom/archive/2008/05/29/configmgr-2007-failed-to-correctly-receive-a-webdav-http-request.aspx
I've copied it below for convenience.
To Check whether your distribution point is bits enabled or not go to site managemnt - site settings -site systems - "ANYTHING" - Config Manager Distribution Properties
All the steps below are not required as some of them are taken care of during installation of SCCM and some might depend on the environment such as bits enabled or not so follow only things you havent done and things you need to.
ConfigMgr 2007: "Failed to correctly receive a WEBDAV HTTP request"
With System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Service Pack 1 out I thought it might be a good idea to send a reminder about how to configure Windows Server 2008 for Site System roles. Failure to properly configure your Windows Server 2008 Site System
can result in clients failing to install:
Issue: ConfigMgr clients may fail to install with error: "Failed to correctly receive a WEBDAV HTTP request."
Cause: WebDAV has not been configured on management points and BITS-enabled distribution points running Windows Server 2008.
Resolution: Install and configure WebDAV for BITS-enabled distribution points and management points running Windows Server 2008. the information below is taken from the Help information available in SP1:
The instructions above are specific to IIS but IIS7 should be basically the same.
Hope this helps!

Wow , Thank you all ,, It solved the problem was in MP .. the server was join the Root Domain and someone disjoin\join the child domain,
from ex: SCCM.R2.local
to SCCM.SP2.R2.local
All roles MP and all look for SCCM.R2.local and it’s not right the right SCCM.SP2.R2.local
Thanks all…
