SCCM 2012 new client installs not communicating with site anymore

We have a primary standalone site installed and configured. SCCM 2012 is installed on a VM Windows 2012 standard server, with SQL 2012 on the same server. in a 2008 R2 domain level. The following roles are currently installed

Site System Roles

Asset Intelligence synchronization point

Component server

Distribution point

Fallback status point

Management point

Reporting services point

Site database server

Site server

Site system

Boundaries were created based on subnets (each floor of a building has its own subnet / department). All subnet boundaries are part of 1 boundary group. All client workstations and servers were discovered through discovery methods. ConfigMgr client is being installed via AD GPO. Due to critical departments, I applied the GPO one OU at a time, but left 2 OUs (extremely critical departments) for another time to make sure testing was done prior to installing those clients. After a short length of time, all current deployed OUs were showing up in all desktop and server clients device collection.

During the waiting period before installing the last 2 OUs clients, I decided to install both application catalog roles in preparation to deploy software packages. No complicated setups just standard answers in the role setups. Near 5pm on Friday I decided to apply the GPO to the last 2 OUs and let them install over the weekend hoping to see them in the installed list on Monday morning NONE were showing up in all desktop and server clients. Below is a capture of those clients

Also seems that the original clients that installed are not reporting to the site as last date of policy refresh was prior to the weekend. But, I can still use the remote control, etc on those existing workstations. Below is what the setup of the original workstations look like

I am not quite sure what changed before I added those new roles and tried the last OUs over the weekend. Also attached below are the following log files from a broken workstation (clientIDmanagerstartup.log, locationservices.log, and clientlocation.log)

The following logs are also below from the SCCM site server (ccm.log, mpsetup.log, and certmgr.log)

I am not certain what changed or I did anything to break the installation of our clients. Any insight or direction would be much appreciated as I am now at a standstill with ConfigMgr in my environment.

What type of Client computer Communication do you have setup? (administration\sites\properties)

If you have HTTPS only you will need PKI client certs, and trusted root cert authorities I believe.

Is the MP still working? Have you already examined \Monitoring\Overview\System Status\Site Status?
You can upload files to Skydrive. Examine ClientIDManagerStartup.log, ClientLocation.log, LocationServices.log and ccmmessaging.log.

Cannot use skydrive to upload my logs... the firewall/security guys are blocking file sharing sites, etc...

Examine the logfiles yourself then. There's cmtrace.exe that can be found in the <ConfigMgr install dir>\tools.

here is something in the clientlocation.log

is this telling me i have https as default MP? I am assuming enable=0  would justify a "NO"??

After reading that article, I am assuming that came up when I detached and moved the database and log files for SQL to another drive for drive space purposes, but does not reflect as I did that before I ever ran any discoveries or added any data at all to the CCM database.

When I meant that I moved it, here is what I was referring to....

Initial 2012 SQL install was done on C:  (local SCCM server) ...  after first install of SCCM 2012 (before any discoveries were done, no roles, boundaries or collections) I detached the databases (CM_XXX and SUSdb), moved the mdf and ldf files to the local d: (data drive), then attached the databases again.

OK... issue resolved!

After digging further into both of your responses, I found another forum post that TORSTEN had helped others on below...

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/55d32014-0b48-43e3-af0d-f61ecaf55baf/smsdiscoverydatamanager-error

As soon as I changed the DB owner, everything magically started working again and clients just showed up.

Thanks both of you!
