SCCM 2012 installation and configuration on top of SCCM 2007 R3.

I want to install SCCM 2012 to the existing setup of SCCM 2007 R3. 1.I have installed SCCM 2007 R3 and discovered and installed clients successfully. 2.now i need to install SCCM 2012.Can i install over the same setup are i need to install in different server and migrate the same.
