You can use the Recover Secondary Site option to fix a broken secondary site. For more information please refer to: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg712697.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396#BKMK_RecoverSecondarySite

Thanks Peter Van der Woude

Yes i do agree with you. i have one concern.

As per the Technet : use the same installation path that was used for the failed site.

we have deleted the installation source files we had used. we can re-copy the source files and can start the recovery?

TIA

Installation path is not the path where the source files were placed. It's the directory where CM was installed *to* (not *from*).

Hi Torsten

As suggested we have installed the same version of SQL 2012 express with "Configmgrsec" instance.

we have one query before performing the activity.

previously SCCM 2012 secondary site installed path dont have any files except the "Microsoft Configuration Manager" folder (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager).

In this scenario recovery will success?

That's the default install location. Why should it not succeed then?

Hi Torsten,

can you please confirm the behaviour of the site recovery because don't have any installed files on the "Microsoft configuration manager" installation folder.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager

TIA
