I am having a hard time getting by the setup wizards prereq check

Its failing on

SQL server service running account

Required SQL server coalation

SQL server sysadmin rights

I have my sql server service running under a valid domain account, I have tried local system and network service and got the same error. I have checked The coalation and it is correct but still fails. The account I am using to install is a member of the sysadmin role on the SQL server

I downloaded Install-ConfigMgrPrereqsGUI_1.4.1_Final.ps1 and it came up with all dependencies ok.

I am trying to install on a 2012r2 server with sql2012

But is this account also a member of the Local Administrators group on both ConfigMgr and SQL servers?
