Receiving below error for any application that I'm trying to edit. Installed console on multiple machines same issue.

Have you reviewed SmsAdminUI.log? My guess is that a DLL has been unregistered somehow in your environment. Not sure that would happen on multiple systems though.

Have you tried a fresh install of the console on a different system?

What about the console on the site server itself?

Same issue on Primary Site Server, Secondary Site Server or newly installed on a remote system.

That seems to point to something amiss with the SMS Provider.

Have you reviewed the admin console logs as suggested?

Have you reviewed the SMS provider logs?

You can try removing and reading the SMS Provider. If that doesn't work and the logs does provide anything useful, then it's time to open a case with CSS.
