SCCM 2012 SP1. Two DP. On one - windows authentication not working.

Hi, everybody.

I have primary site installed, with two DP. All works fine...

Suddenly... On one DP I can download content from website without no problem. On second - no. Everytime i promt to log on. But if I enter correct creditional there is no success. In security log all looks fine. There is no security failure, only success.

When I disabled windows authentication and enable anonymous, I got 404 error.

I have reinstalled windows authentication with no luck. I compare all preference with working iis. All the same.

Now I asking your help. Thanks.

Verify that "Windows Authentication" is enabled for the SMS_DP_SMSPKG$ virtual directory in IIS on the affected DP server.

Also make sure Anonymous authentication is on, an the Windows auth has Negotiate as the top provider and NTLM as the 2nd.  We also have Extended Protection off and Kernel-mode auth on under the advanced settings.

Wouldn't hurt to make the that DP has the site server in the Administrator under local users and groups.

We had a similar issue with IIS authentication when we upgraded to 2012 R2 across all our DP's.

Thanks, for answers.

Have you checked IIS log?

Yes. In IIS logs only information events (5186, 5074)

If IIS looks good, I would move on to local NTFS and share permissions.

I checked permissions twice. On each dp content folder there are 3 groups of NTFS permissions: administrators, system and users with full control for admin and system and read - for users. Share permissions only for administrators on each DP (working and no working)
