SCCM 2012 SCCMContentLib folder remains empty on DP

I have a few standalone DP's which are not getting the packages distributed to them

I have 74 Secondary Sites, 1 Primary (no CAS), and 12 standalone DP's

All Secondary sites are operating properly and half of the DP's are not getting any packages disributed to them

Within IIS I have noticed the the DataLib, FileLib and PkgLib virtual directories have not been created, I also noticed that the SCCMContentLib folder on the DP remains empty.

I have cross referenced everything I can think of between the functional DP's and the broken DP's and this seems to be the only thing wrong. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything (including IIS), rebooted and still getting nowhere with this.

Seems as if there are problems installing the DP or its prereqs. Have you already examined the logs mentioned?

I have looked at these logs... not much info in them to really help... I have checked, and double checked all the pre-reqs and they do appear to be fine...

Ensure that all prerequisites are met before enabling the DP role on your site sever. You can find information here :http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682077.aspx#BKMK_SupConfigSiteSystemReq

If you're running Windows 2012 follow this link :

Thanks for the reply

Please note that I have checked the pre-reqs many time, I had checked them all again prior to submitting this

I went through the registry on teh DP and did find some errant entries pointing back to the old CM7 (which was completely removed) - I have double checked the System Management Container in AD to ensure this site was no longer there (removal of any entries that could point back to CM7)

I am now doing another "clean" install of the DP.

Keeping the fingers crossed that this gets installed now with no further issues...

I have done this many times already, and only a handful are causing me grief (2 of the DPs causing me grief are net new servers)

Sadly - this did not fix the issue

Yes, I know this is an old post, did you get this fixed, if so what was the solution?

Garth & co. - did anyone come up with a solution to this?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.
