Hi, 

Today while I am trying to run default reports from configmgr console, I am getting error "The DaefaultValue expression for the report parameter 'UserTokenSIDs' contain an error:A local error has occured" thus failed to run the Reports.

I have not made any changes in the SCCM server, all other functionalties are running without any error.

How can I troubleshoot this error, please Help?

There will be no way to know for sure but if I had to guess, i would say it was a AD issue when the execution account queries for the SID information.
