SCCM 2012 R2 report to know machine boundary location.........

which report will show the boundary location of machines..........what if a machine roam to other boundary loction.

it will show the current boundary location or it will show assigned boundary location.

There is no report on this since it is something that is always being re-evaluated when clients request content - They are not 'assigned' to a boundary location (although they are 'assigned' to a site, but that's different). A report would only show historical information, not live, so it wouldn't really be useful. If you are just trying to see in general what DP's people are using, you can use the report called "Distribution Point Usage Summary".

 

If you want to see a best guess of boundary and boundary group information for a workstation, you can use the Now Micro Right Click Tools to show boundaries/boundary groups a workstation currently is in. For an individual client, right click and select Client Tools > Client Information and switch to the Boundaries tab.

Also note, specific to the terminology you used, there's no such thing as an assigned boundary. As Nash explained, there is only the current boundary which is used for content location only.

It would be nice to have a report that could list a systems IP subnet that is NOT in SCCM Boundaries (even if historical). This would help in getting all subnets defined in SCCM. As we know sometimes new subnets get setup and the sccm adminstrator is not informed of the new subnets.
