SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 and Intune/DEP

Hello,

We are testing the DEP program from Apple and trying to enroll a device from SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 without success.

I have assigned an enrollment profile to the device with the "prompt for user affinity" etc.. But it seems that the ipad don't enroll into SCCM/Intune. It is presenting the default setup wizard, and does not ask the user for user affinity.

The device is listed as "Not Contacted" under enrollment status at All Corporate-owned Devices->iOS->Device Information

I have tried to factory reset the ipad several times and it is now over 24 hours since the device was synced to our SCCM 2012 server.

Has anybody a clue what is happening here? I can't find any logfiles that are relevant to the DEP service, is Intune Support the way to go here?

It sounds a bit like you didn't go through all the configuration steps. More specifically, did you do step 6 and 7 as described here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt131910.aspx

Yes, all those steps are configured and the device is assigned to our MDM server as specified in step 6.

Step 7, DEP sync is also completed. Before the sync, there was no devices listed, but after the sync, my device is listed in the SCCM console.

I have also tried to do the DEP sync several times. It seems that the device is not associated with an enrollment profile, and just skips the instructions specified here. But I'm just guessing..
