SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 PXE Failure

Background: I upgraded my SCCM 2012 R2 server recently to the following

Windows Server 2012 R2 (Was just 2012)
SCCM 2012 R2 SP1
MDT 2013 U1
ADK 10

Now when I try to PXE boot a machine it says "No response from windows deployment services server".

Performed the following steps:

Steps I tried to fix it:

Tried to image a Windows 10 VM, Error: No response from windows deployment services server
estarted WDS service
Confirmed PXE enabled on Boot Image
disabled WDS service, navigated to C:\RemoteInstall\Mgmt, removed all the files to a backup folder
restarted WDS service, Mgmt folder repopulated
Still no response error
stopped WDS service, removed the boot image
started WDS service, re-imported x64 boot image
restarted WDS service
enabled PXE on boot image
added Network Drivers to boot image
added boot image to Distribution Group
Still not connecting to WDS

Uncheck "deploy this boot image from the pxe-enabled dist point" on each boot image
Uncheck PXE on Distribution Point
Checked distmgr.log for uninstall success
Reboot
After reboot, removed wds role

Add wds, choose auto reboot
Wait for wds to complete installation after reboot
WDS service was off and set to Manual
Deleted RemoteInstall folder
Check pxe box on the DP
Check distmgr.log for success
WDS service started and set to Automatic

Enabled PXE on Boot images

Test PXE, failed again.

Torsten,

I updated my original post with a link to the log files. Thank you for your assistance!

Ok I resolved this issue. Since I didn't first install MDT 2013 U1 and ADK 10 prior to upgrading SCCM 2012 R2 to R2 SP1 it didn't update the boot images automatically.

I removed the old versions and ONLY added the x64 boot image without adding the x86. Apparently PXE still initially runs off of x86, not x64. I added the x86 boot image, distributed it to my DP and now PXE works again.
