SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 - Agent Installation on Windows 10 Computers

Dear Experts,

We are having SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 on our Environment. We are currently handling 12,000~ Clients. All the Client Operating System's with Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 Machines.

We are having deployment of SCCM Agents using GPO & Non-Microsoft Deployment Tool. We are currently Planning to install SCCM Agent on Windows 10 Machines.

Would request for your advice & Considerations for Installing SCCM Client's on Windows 10 Machines.

Your Suggestions Pls (Installation Command Line for Manual Installation, etc.,)

Hi,

I always use Jason Sandys world-class script for installing the SCCM client using a Startup-Script. It works great! No registry tatooing of the GPO, and many more features.

Thank you Jorgen,

It would be helpful, if we try to use the GPO or Manual Installation. We are unable to Install SCCM Agents on Windows 10 Machines.

Would require any special settings (Like Command Line, or Do we required to do any additional considerations or changes ?

Your advice Pls.

How did you try to install it? What does ccmsetup.log tell?

What is the error when you try to install it on a windows 10 machine. If you look at the ccmsetup.log or the clientmsi.log

You can find these in c:\windows\ccmsetup

Because you do not need any new switch to the install it's the same as before.
