I'm using SCCM 2012 r2 with a separated WSUS on the primary site and I wish to add another WSUS server because de first one has connectivity problems and without it I cannot deploy updates (also I can't access to the VM where WSUS is installed because the admin of the virtual insfrastructure is not available). So is it safe to remove the first WSUS from SCCM console and add another one or there are some things to do before I remove the and add the second.

I would first add the new software update point and WSUS and when that is completely in sync I would remove the old software update point.
