We are running SCCM 2012 R2 and we need to deploy the SQL Server 2012 CU7 updates through SCCM. We have all classifications except tools selected at the software update point. I have also chosen the SQL servers under products.

But we are not able to view the Cumulative updates under All software updates, Please help if I am missing something?

It looks like Cumulative Updates for SQL Server 2012 isn't published in WSUS, they are not on Microsoft Update eihter, http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=sql%20server%202012

Then you will not see them in SCCM either, there is a connect item you can vote up for having them in WSUS in the future as well.
