Hi,

During the client maintenance process,After configuring "clear Install Flag" option, now in our production environment most of the client machines are showing client status "None"  although on the client machine, SCCM client is installed, and all the policies are listed there. 

What will be the possible cause behind this?

Do you have the Heartbeat Discovery enabled?? Is the Heartbeat Discovery interval set to less that the Redicovery period within the Clear Install Flag interval?

I assume also that these machines have spoken to Configuration Manager within the Rediscovery interval?

For the troubleshooting purpose i have scheduled the heartbeat discovery period as 1 hour, and the install flag interval is set as 1 Day..

Hi Pallavi,

What were the intervals before you set them to this?? How many clients approximately are in your environment. Setting it to one hour will increase the load on your server. Bear in mind the default for this is every 7 days.
